The Venue
Built in 1926, this beautifully renovated Oldsmobile dealership blends historic charm with modern amenities. With over 5,000 square feet of space, two full-service bars, a commercial kitchen, and ADA-compliant restrooms, our venue comfortably hosts up to 140 guests. Paired with our full-service catering division, The Social Table, our motto says it all — Enjoy Every Occasion!
​Private Party Rates
Monday – Thursday: $100 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Friday – Sunday: $125 per hour (4-hour minimum)
All rentals include:
✔ Private use of the venue for the duration of your event
✔ Tables and chairs with full setup and cleanup
✔ Linens (white, black, or red options)
✔ Cocktail tables
✔ Full-service bar staffed by licensed bartenders
✔ Access to sound system
✔ Wireless microphones
✔ High-speed Wi-Fi
✔ On-site coordination and professional staff support
Catering by The Social Table
Our in-house catering team, The Social Table, offers everything from casual buffets and themed spreads to brunches, luncheons, and plated dinners. Each menu is freshly prepared and customized to fit your occasion, taste, and budget.
